TENNESSEE vs KENTUCKY Weekend

This past Saturday was UT (The University of Tennessee) final season game and as is the SEC scheduling we always end the season with The University of Kentucky. This year the game was at Commonwealth Stadium in Lexington, KY. Inez did know know what a football was when we got married ... now I have a true football fan. Abby wore her colors while watching the game and guarding the front door.

If you didn't get a chance to see the game on CBS, Tennessee won in 4 overtimes, 52 - 50. Now we go to the SEC Championship game in Atlanta against LSU this coming Saturday.

Go VOLS!
The weekend before we invited some friends over, all happened to be Vanderbilt fans to watch the Vandy - Tennessee game. Boy were we out numbered. But, we enjoyed the game and had so much fun. By the way Tennessee won!

THANKSGIVING DAY in NASHVILLE

As has been our tradition for the past 10 years, we (Patty, Inez and I) went to Ora Kay's for Thanksgiving. We had a wonderful meal, watched football, napped, ate, napped and ate again. O' we also played with Simba, Ora Kay's new Lab puppy.

Halloween at the Wargolet's

Hi everyone, I thought I would post a few pictures from halloween this year. I gave out the candy while the rest got to go trick or treating so I took pictures too. Notice how the wind took the spider webs. The winds came on halloween day, never fails.

We are all doing fine. The grandkids are just growing up way tooo fast for us. Our little Danny is a senior this year...can you believe it Patty?

Update from my last post, he did get his drivers license on the first try last June and he is also now working at the local K-mart.

It is an unusual autumn here, warm, cold, now warm again....60* today. Wednesday it will be cold again.
